What we collect on this website, why, and how long we keep it.
The project form
When you send us a project brief, we store what you enter — your name, company, your WhatsApp number or Telegram username, and your answers about the project — together with the page you sent it from, your approximate country and technical data (IP address and browser type) used to prevent spam. We use this only to answer your enquiry and prepare a proposal. We do not sell it or share it for marketing.
Statistics, cookies and Google tools
We measure visits in two ways. Our own statistics are cookie-free: they count page views, clicks and form steps with an anonymous identifier that changes every day. We also use Google Tag Manager, which loads Google measurement tools such as Google Analytics; these may set cookies and process data under Google’s own privacy policy. You can block them with your browser’s cookie settings or a tracking blocker without losing any part of the site.
Server logs
Like any website, our hosting and network providers process technical request data to deliver pages and protect the site against abuse. These logs are kept only as long as needed for security and operations.
Your choices
To see, correct or delete the details you sent us, message us on Telegram at @whitebookie. Messages sent through Telegram or WhatsApp are also handled by those services under their own privacy policies.
